Scope of services
BookedLP is a marketing and scheduling service. We never solicit investments, handle investor funds, or take a percentage of anything you raise. Engagements are governed by a written service agreement that defines deliverables, fees, and approvals.
Client responsibilities
Fund sponsors are responsible for their own offering materials, the accuracy of fund information they provide, and compliance with the securities laws applicable to their offering. Campaigns and creatives require sponsor approval before they run.
No performance guarantee
We contract for booked, qualified, consented meetings. We make no representation about capital raised, investor commitments, or offering outcomes.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by BookedLP. Client-owned lead data, consent records, and audit logs remain the property of the client.
