What we collect
Information you submit on our demo form (name, firm, email, optional phone, and the multiple-choice answers you select), plus technical metadata attached to that submission: timestamp, page URL, UTM parameters, and user agent. If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, we store the exact consent language, its version, and the time it was given.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule a demo, and maintain records of consent. We do not sell personal information.

Data on behalf of clients
When we operate campaigns for a fund sponsor, that sponsor is the controller of the lead data and we act on their instructions. Lead data, consent records, and audit logs are exportable to the sponsor at any time.
Retention and rights
Consent and audit records are retained for the period required to evidence compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or revoke consent to calls and texts at any time.
